Deposit & Payment
A £50 non refundable deposit is payable on booking to secure your date. The outstanding balance is due to be settled 4 weeks prior to your event date.
A breakage deposit of £50 is required with the final balance 4 weeks prior to the event. This will be refunded in full after the event, subject to there being no damage.
Any Damage exceeding the cost of £50 will be fully charged to the person who made the booking.
Payments can be made via cash, cheque, bank transfer and paypal.
Delivery and pick up to venues within a 30 mile radius of Enniskillen are included in the cost of hire, outside of this incurs a charge of 50p per mile.
Within 4 weeks of the event – 50% of the total cost.
Within 2 weeks of the event – 100% of the total cost.
In the very unlikely event that the booking is cancelled by Willow Lane any payment received will be fully refunded.
Candy Cart Dimensions
Please note that it is the client’s responsibility to ensure there is access for the candy cart at your venue.
The dimensions are:

Full Height when assembled – 84 inches
Ice Cream Tricycle Dimensions
Please note that it is the client’s responsibility to ensure there is access for the Ice Cream Tricycle at your venue. The dimensions are:
Width: – 36 inches
Length: – 98 inches
Nut Allergies & Safety Warnings
Please note that some of the sweets or ice-cream may contain or have traces of nuts or nut oils; or may have been made alongside other products containing nuts. Willow Lane CANNOT be held responsible for any issues resulting from food allergies.

Customers should also ensure that children are supervised to avoid any choking risk, similar care should also be taken to ensure children’s safety relating to plastic packaging to avoid any suffocation. Willow Lane CANNOT be held responsible for safety issues which occur from the use of equipment, consumables or the consumption of confectionery left at the celebration location.
